Zoom has however been chipping away at enhancing their offering, managing to continue to scale their revenues and improve their margins steadily since 2022.

Zoom has been heavily focused on AI, not only incorporating it into their core offerings within their video conversations platform…but in their direction of resources.

Zoom established an investment wing of their business, and for the last few years have been investing in promising AI stories.

One of which was Anthropic - The Creator of current Top 4 AI model… ‘Claude’.

Zoom’s Investment in Anthropic…

It is rumoured that Zoom invested approximately $51m in the AI start-up in 2023, and that stake appears to be scaling in value ahead of an alleged Anthropic IPO.

Over the past few years the market has been pre-occupied with Zoom's platform’s revenue recovery, however it may be overlooking the value that some of their investments present, especially its $51 million investment in Anthropic.
